Hans Groß Volksschule: Arnold Schwarzenegger attended this elementary school in Thal until he later went on to attend the Fröbel secondary school in Graz. The Hans Groß school has been expanded and remodeled since the days when Arnold was a young pupil here. The pink building on the right is Thal's town hall (das Rathaus).
