German Food on the Food Network

During the month of October, the Food Network is featuring German cuisine on two of its TV programs. Emeril (Oct. 6 & 11) has several recipes for Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, and a special Wiener Schnitzel. Planet Food (Oct. 11 & 12) also features recipes for Black Forest Kirschtorte, Paper-Clip Asparagus, and more.
