Das Brautpaar wählt aus dem Sortiment eines Geschäftes alle Produkte aus, die es sich wünscht: Diese Geschenkwünsche werden auf einem sogenannten „Hochzeitstisch“ präsentiert, und der Schenkende kann seine Geschenkauswahl treffen.
The wedding couple chooses all of a store's products that they want: These selected gifts are displayed on the so-called "wedding table" and the gift-giver can make his choice of a gift.
Note: Today the online Hochzeitstisch is also common. Wedding guests make their gift selection from a special Web page for the couple.
