German Photo Exercises for Culture and Vocabulary
Here's some fun with photos! Using a series of photographs (Fotos)—including the one you see here—you can try our German photo exercises related to practical, everyday language use and general knowledge.
The first two self-scoring exercises (Übungen) come in two versions: one for beginners, and one for intermediate learners of German. Either version will test your command of German as well as other practical knowledge. Your answers must be based on careful observation of what is pictured in each photograph.
Our newest photo exercise concerns the numbers in German. It is related to Lektion 8 of our free online German course for beginners.
